It's a quick start guide, as the Force Feedback settings will depend a lot of the wheel rim you are using (Weight & Size ratio), of the car you are using (and its rotation angle) but also of the cockpit you are using.
The NFR in Assetto Corsa stands for Natural Friction and what it does is it helps with the weight of the steering setting. It can make your steering heavier or lighter depending on your settings. Think of this setting as the power steering in your real car. The โ€œidealโ€ NFR setting for drifting in AC (Assetto Corsa) is setting it to 2%.
In Granity tool, there are following settings in Tuning tab. - NFF (Center frequency), NFA (Attenuation), NFQ (Q factor) Notch Filter can reduce Oscillation. - TED (Damping), TEF (Friction), TEI (Inertia) And below settings are from some famous gurus as you may already know.

New FFB Tweak available as of 0.1.53. The name comes from the audio world, where dynamic range compression means bringing up the quiet sounds while leaving loud sounds at their original volume. This is a much more second derivative friendly version of the Gamma effect.
I just tested out these settings in Rf2 and didn't get great results. Very weak ffb, even when I set the strength to -100. In the pits and on grass no ffb or resistance at all - I even thought the ffb wasn't working until I drove onto the track. In AC and Iracing the ffb is perfect. In AC I tweaked the CSP/FFB settings and for Iracing I use IRffb.
Remember to first change the tuning settings from the Fanatec dashboard and then adjust the settings from the in-game Assetto Corsa FFB menu. Tuning Menu Settings. Assetto feels so stiff and responsive like a real car and beam is like holding a limp noodle (I have same LUT profile for both games and have tweaked beam FFB settings in all sorts of combos for hours upon hours) It seems like no matter what parts I'm using for a beam car (even a dedicated drift build) it's so easy to spin out. ST - street. SV - Street 90s. Generally you should use tyres with least grip possible, as that makes drifting much easier. For instance, for M3 E30 the best tyres are SV, while most players go with racing SM tyres, which don't let tyres lose traction. Pressure. Base of pressure setup should be the sidekick app. My R9 with CS rim (received late August) started having an issue, wherein the upshift paddle would move normally but would intermittently not shift. Other times, it would get stuck on in software. The issue could be seen in the Pithouse software, as well as many sims (RF2, AMS2, RRE, AC and ACC).
