Themo-cap for Odyssey was better than Valhalla by a mile IMO. Valhalla had a better AC storyline than Odyssey but again, not very great. There were few memorable side missions out of many in Odyssey. Valhalla entirely removed side missions but compensated for this with some side activities and encounters that did seem like a welcome change.

Origins bayek himself, easily, this man is everything to me and seeing him hurt makes me hurt. 10/10 Odyssey: Deimos/The family, for me personally I loved the contrast between the huge Greek world and trying to connect what remains of a family. Valhalla: Basim, and to my suprise hes getting his own game, which is always sweet.

Sorrybut Odyssey is the most popular and highest rated of the recent AC games. Origins clearly isn’t “much better” than Odyssey so settle down, maybe what you need is to give Odyssey a better chance, because maybe the game takes a while to get going (I find this is an issue for people who have no patience) but once it does, it is a fantastic journey. Inits core odyssey and Valhalla feel like different games, whilst I always felt odyssey was very similar to origins. In Valhalla they changed a few little things, but enough where it doesnt have the same feel as the last 2. some things are a different leveling system; your bird cannot mark targets, bringing back eagle vision in a useful, but different way. no

ACOrigins: a reboot to the franchise, showing the origins history of brotherhood and introducing RPG elements. AC Odyssey: a game definitely made for being STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL, but don't have any connections to the AC franchise. AC Valhalla: made to be a better RPG game and to be more assassin's inside the franchise.

BcI really enjoyed the lore of AC but don't want to play all the AC gamed to understand the lore in origin,odyssey, and Valhalla. I read that ubisoft decided to kind of stray away from ac lore and make somewhat standalone games which I really enjoyed. Odyssey was my first game back into AC and it was amazing.
